We started with the 2 key ingredients of any burger, THE BEEF & THE BUN. We needed to find the best and they needed to be a marriage made in heaven. We sampled more than we could count and when we had our favourites, we tried all combinations until we found our nirvana.
Our wonderful dry aged beef (and the rest of our delicious meats) comes from the multiple award-winning Walter Rose & Son’s fantastic farm in Wiltshire. Our “Springy” & sensational demi-brioche buns come from the master craftsmen & women at The Bread Factory. London’s leading artisan bakery.
We source every ingredient from equally outstanding and dedicated suppliers and continuously work with them to maintain our quality. “Taste, taste and taste again” Once we had our wonderful ingredients, we had to make them sing. We are relentless in our pursuit of quality and every element of every burger is tasted and refined until we are sure it is as good as it can be. No matter how many taste tests this requires (I know, we have the best job in the world).’
